The driving force behind 29 Buildings at International City, Limitless transformed its early vision for the project into a reality, managing it every step of the way from inception to completion. Designed, master developed and constructed by Limitless, 29 Buildings began to take shape in October 2006 before completion and handover in early 2009. Limitless’ first fully-completed project, 29 Buildings is located in the heart of the Central Business District of International City, the mixed-use master planned community by Nakheel that combines modern, affordable living with convenient shopping and leisure facilities and transport links. The Limitless development comprises 29 mid-rise residential and retail towers spread over 60,000 square metres of land. The project is divided into five blocks and has been constructed in a crescent formation that curves its way through communal outdoor space. Each tower houses 42 one and two bedroom apartments over six floors, with ground level retail facilities and covered parking. Individual plots cover around 2,000 sqm while the total built up area is over 5,500 sqm per apartment block. 29 Buildings has been designed and constructed with one philosophy: affordability and consistency. Each building follows a uniform floor plan and has a façade that meets one of four prototype designs. The result: an attractive, sustainable complex of living and shopping facilities in one of Dubai’s most diverse and vibrant communities.
