Retailers on the rise at Limitless development

Fresh Plus, part of the Emarat petrol station chain has opened a 1,500 square feet standalone convenience store at The Galleries at Downtown Jebel Ali.
Fresh Plus, one of 15 retailers signed up at Limitless’ flagship development, offers The Galleries tenants a one-stop-shop for everyday conveniences including groceries, a cash machine and utility bill payment facilities. There is also a Café Arabica outlet, offering takeaway refreshments, within the store.
The outlet is the third of kind in Dubai, and complements more than 40 Fresh Plus stores found in Emarat petrol stations throughout the emirate. 
Salah Ameen, Executive Director for Limitless in the Middle East, said: “As more and more retailers open up at The Galleries, tenants and visitors have a growing number of facilities on site. At Fresh Plus they can do grocery shopping, buy lunch, pay phone and electricity bills, draw out cash and much more, all under one roof, underlining our commitment to convenience and at our flagship development.”

More than half – 35,000 square feet – of The Galleries’ retail space has been leased to a range of outlets including the recently-opened Mushmaool restaurant, one of seven food and beverage facilities at the development.  Others currently undergoing fit out include Caribou Coffee, Subway, Oregano, Appetite and Nordsee.   Among the other retailers on site are Diamond Lease car hire, due to open in November, and six international banks.
            The Galleries is on Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR), close to the Jebel Ali Freezone, around 45 minutes from Abu Dhabi. It is set in 20,000 square metres of green, communal space with landscaped grounds, shaded areas for relaxation, fountains, pools and an amphitheatre for 300 people.
Already directly accessible via the newly-opened Interchange 8 on SZR, The Galleries is also on the Dubai Metro Red Line.
