MIHAP project signed as Limitless launches South East Asia operation

Limitless, the global real estate master developer, is taking South East Asia by storm, with a second project for the region: a US$ xxx mixed-use development in xxxxx, Malaysia.

The development, jointly signed in Kuala Lumpar today (Monday) by Saeed Ahmed Saeed, CEO of Limitless and xxxxxx,  of  xxxxxxx, comes as the company launches new regional operations for SE Asia, based out of Singapore.

Xxxxxx is the fifth global venture to be announced by Dubai-based Limitless in the last three months, and brings the company’s project portfolio value to more than US$xxx. It is the second development for Limiltess in SE Asia: the first is Halong Star in Halong Bay, Vietnam.

Saeed Ahmed Saeed, CEO of Limitless, said: “South East Asia is an exciting and dynamic region for Limitless.

We are currently negotiating a significant project near Hanoi in Vietnam, and, by this time next year, we expect to have half a dozen projects underway in the Far East.”
 “The opening of our office in Singapore is a major milestone for Limitless and is backed by an aggressive staff recruitment programme. We hope to have around 20 team members based in Singapore by the end of 2007 – and that figure will continue to rise as Limitless increases its number of projects across the region.”
