Limitless, the Dubai-based global real estate master developer, has burst onto the property scene in India by showcasing nearly US$100 billion-worth of international projects at Cityscape, on now in Mumbai.

And the company’s US12 billion, 4,000 hectare Bidadi project – the first of many for Limitless in India – has attracted massive interest at the Limitless stand, one of the biggest at the show.

Speaking in Mumbai, Imad Benharouga, Limitless Head of Corporate Strategy, said: "Hundreds of developers, investors and potential partners have visited our stand, and will be left in no doubt about how serious we are taking India. Bidadi is one of many projects in the pipeline for us in India, and we are delighted with the response so far. Clearly, investors and developers share our vision to create distinctive, sustainable communities – like Bidadi – in India as it moves towards greater urbanisation."

Limitless is working with DLF, one of India’s leading developers, to create Bidadi, which will be located 35km south-west of Bangalore and will house up to 750,000 people.

The company recently appointed Krishna Subramanian (Subu) as Chief Financial Officer for South Asia, and is currently setting up new Limitless offices in India.
