Limitless has signed new leasing deals with retail and commercial tenants at The Galleries, with Bank of Baroda, Commercial Bank International and Star Digital Prints joining Dubai’s fastest growing business community.

Limitless has signed new leasing deals with retail and commercial tenants at The Galleries, with Bank of Baroda, Commercial Bank International and Star Digital Prints joining Dubai’s fastest growing business community.

Bank of Baroda and CBI occupy nearly 4,000 sqft between them, and join six other global banks already operational at The Galleries. Banks now account for more than 20,000 sqft of retail space at The Galleries. Star Digital Prints has taken 750 sqft at the development.  

Limitless has also inked a 15,000 sqft office expansion deal with Mondelez International, previously known as Kraft Foods Middle East & Africa FZE,one of the first global tenants to take space at The Galleries when the development opened in 2008.  Mondelez International already occupies two floors (30,000 sqft), and will take another whole floor under the new agreement.

The Galleries is an eight-building mixed-use project set in shaded, landscaped grounds the size of three international football pitches.  It includes four completed, fully operational commercial towers with 789,000 sqft of A-grade office space, 560,000 sqft of which is already occupied, and 68,000 sqft of retail space.  Limitless is also exploring options for the completion of The Galleries’ first residential tower.

The Galleries is an hour by car from Abu Dhabi and is directly accessed from Sheikh Zayed Road or via the Jebel Ali Metro Station. There are 2,500 parking spaces as well as onsite Facilities Management and Tenant Relations teams.
