Limitless, the global master development arm of Dubai World, has established new operations in Jordan, where it is eyeing a number of projects to add to its expanding international portfolio.
Based in Amman, the company is responsible for all Limitless activities in Jordan, and will be run by a dedicated team of development, design, sales and administrative personnel.
Bahaa Abouhatab, Country Manager for Limitless in Jordan, said: “Jordan’s fast-growing economy, changing real estate requirements, convenient location and stability make it a firm favourite as a new market for Limitless. We are currently assessing several distinctive, sustainable developments that will add a new dimension to Jordan’s real estate offering. We look forward to announcing our first project there shortly.
“Our new setup in Jordan not only reinforces our position as a key player in the global real estate arena, but also highlights our commitment to the GCC and Middle East region, where we already have a strong presence in Saudi Arabia and our home country, the UAE.”
Limitless currently has projects – with a total development value of over US$100 billion – in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Vietnam and Malaysia. The company also has international offices in China, Singapore, Russia, Poland, Turkey and India, with more to be opened this year.
The launch of Limitless Jordan is backed by an ongoing recruitment programme, to be implemented over the coming weeks.
