Global developer promotes environmental sustainability at world property show

Limitless is going green at Cityscape Dubai, with a host of initiatives that underpin the company’s commitment to sustainable development – globally.

Limitless is promoting responsible travel, supporting sustainability research and highlighting its approach to eco-friendly buildings at the event, where it will showcase 11 global projects, covering eight countries, at stand ZJ20.

Moving people, not just cars

Show-goers will be transported from Cityscape car parks to the event in 10 Limitless-sponsored shuttle buses, reflecting the company’s philosophy of moving people, not just cars. Passengers on the 30-seater coaches will learn how Limitless is weaving humanity into the urban fabric by designing its developments around people, for a better way of life.
At the show, visitors can continue their Limitless journey with a ride in the company’s unique ‘people mover’, designed to reduce car use and provide convenient, environmentally-friendly travel in the company’s large-scale developments, like the UAE’s Downtown Jebel Ali and Arabian Canal. Travellers will take a whistestop tour of the company’s global projects with the people mover’s on board audio-visual display.

Leading the way in green building

Limitless is setting new standards in eco-friendly development, meeting world environmental standards in all of its projects. The first green building in Jordan will be Sanaya Amman, Limitless’ 200 metre twin tower residential development that broke ground in July 2008. Learn more about this, and the green elements of the company’s 10 other projects at the Limitless stand.
Sustainability – environmental, economic and social– is one of four pillars on which Limitless is built. The others are insight, creativity and nurturing, and are applied in every aspect of the company’s work.
