Far East meets Middle East in university tour

Students from Hong Kong’s City University descended on The Galleries at Downtown Jebel Ali to see how Limitless’ innovative approach to master planning and urban design is being applied in Dubai.

Twenty two students from the University’s Building and Construction Department visited Limitless’ flagship project as part of an educational tour to compare and contrast the infrastructure, buildings and construction practises of Dubai and Hong Kong.

The visit, arranged jointly by Limitless and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Dubai office, included presentations on The Galleries’ philosophy, master plan, transport options and eco-friendly design and engineering. Students were also given a site tour of the project’s newly-opened 20,000 square metre landscaped Plaza.
