SPX Corporation, a Fortune 500 multi-industry company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, joins a host of international and local firms to set up operations in The Galleries’ A-grade office towers, one of Dubai’s most sought-after business locations.

The Galleries – an eight building mix of offices, homes, retail and recreational space – is set in extensively landscaped grounds with podium gardens, pools, fountains and a 300-seat amphitheatre. It is conveniently accessed from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and within walking distance of a Metro station. Commercial space is now available for lease; residential units are due to come on line in summer 2010.
