Bright future ahead as twin towers take on new identity

Amman, 21 July 2008 … Limitless is marking the groundbreaking of its first project in Jordan with a brand new identity for the US$300 million development: Sanaya Amman.

Sanaya – meaning ‘starlight’ – was chosen because the 200 metre twin-buildings, formerly known as Limitless Towers, are designed to make optimum use of space and natural light by day, while illuminating the skyline of Amman at night.

Speaking at the project’s groundbreaking ceremony in Amman today (Monday), Saeed Ahmed Saeed, CEO of Limitless, said: “Sanaya Amman takes the use of space and light to new heights. Its split tower design and floor to ceiling windows ensure that sunlight is filtered into every room of every apartment., and guarantee panoramic views of Amman and the surrounding landscape.

“In all Limitless developments, spaces in between buildings are considered as important as the structures themselves. Sanaya Amman’s twin towers are separated by a soaring shaft of space and natural light, with a vibrant, open air plaza at its base. There is also 5,600 square metres of communal, green, outdoor areas, including a landscaped park,” he said.
Sanaya Amman will be the tallest buildings in Jordan and the first in the country to meet world environmental standards, with wind turbines to generate electricity and stone screens to heat water. High-efficiency plumbing and water recycling systems will cut consumption by up to 30 per cent, and save US$2 million a year in running costs, while the use of local materials reduces transportation costs and supports the local economy.

Sanaya Amman will be completed in three years.
