Saeed’s 18 year career includes the conception and delivery of some of Dubai’s most famous developments, including Palm Jumeirah, Ibn Battuta Mall, The Gardens and, most recently, The Galleries at Downtown Jebel Ali. A civil engineer educated in the UAE and UK, Saeed is a passionate visionary who challenges convention in his quest to deliver distinctive, sustainable communities in the UAE and beyond. |
Salah has 20 years’ experience in construction, cost control and project management, including 15 years in senior roles at Dubai Municipality. He has a BSc in Geotechnical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and has completed the Dubai Leaders Program at Wharton University. He is responsible for our developments across the region, including our flagship project: The Galleries. |
Krishna has more than 20 years’ experience in finance, forecasting, taxation and accounting, with global leaders in the fields of real estate, Information Technology and entertainment. He was educated in India and the USA and is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant. |

Ian has nearly 30 years’ experience in Development and Construction Management on projects in the Middle East, UK, Europe and the Far East. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the UK. Ian is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. |
Bahaa has a wealth of experience in project management, sales and operations from a range of local and international companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, Texas; an MBA from Hull Business School, UK; and has completed the Dubai Leaders program through Wharton University in the USA. |
Frank is a Harvard MBA and also has a Master’s degree in urban planning from Harvard. He has over 30 years of real estate development experience on large, complex projects in North America and the Middle East, including leading the delivery of five large-scale master planned community developments. |
